Terms of service

• All watches have a 2-year warranty.
• All Jewellery has a 1-year warranty.
• A further 1-year warranty on watches when you join our VIP customer database.

To make a claim under warranty given by Jewel Lane PTY LTD you must return the defective goods in appropriate packaging and original purchase receipt. You must bear the expense of making a claim under any such warranty including any postage costs.
At the discretion of Jewel Lane PTY LTD, any item which is determined to be covered by this warranty and has been returned in compliance with the requirements above and will either be repaired (subject to the extent of the defect, capability of repair and availability of parts) or replaced with the same piece. Store credits or refunds are not available, and we are not able to guarantee that you will receive the exact same product or design for any replacements.
Our obligations to repair or replace under warranty will not apply to any article which has been subject to wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modifications, attempted repair, negligence, damaged by accident, exposure to chemicals, dyes, water damage, heat or fire, inappropriate use, aging improper care of cleaning, loss or theft of any kind. The determination of which shall be at Jewel Lane PTY LTD. Some stones may change colour, chip or break and are not covered under warranty.
If any claim submitted is not covered by the warranty, the item and all documentation submitted will be returned to you at the mailing address provided in you warranty claim.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Gently polish watches and jewellery with a soft polishing cloth.
Avoid contact with hairspray, cosmetics, perfume or immersing in water or cleaning solvent and abrasive cleaner.
Store carefully with care.

IMPORTANT
Small parts may be a choking hazard for children. All pieces of jewellery must be worn under adult supervision at all times.
